Refund and Exchange Policy
No refunds. Exchanges can be made by contacting the box office at theatre-info@wmich.edu or by calling (269) 387-6222. Pass holders can receive returns back to their pass. Exchanges cannot be made after a performance date has past.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Western Michigan University Theatre).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
